Product Warranty:
All our products are sold with a minimum 14-day money back guarantee and at least 12 months warranty against manufacturing faults; many products have a two-year warranty (software and personal hygene products excluded for obvious reasons).

Demonstrations:
Many products are available for demonstration at various sight or hearing loss centres and Daily Living Centres throughout the UK. Forcetenco can offer home or workplace demonstrations on most products. Please contact us for further information.

Blind Societies and Educational establishments :
If you represent a Blind Society, School, College, University or Club that has a client base with visual or hearing impairment, we will be happy to attend open days or exhibitions, at no charge, to enable your members to try a variety of equipment.
